Harambee –
Swahili, meaning – “let’s pull together”
- Preparing persons of all ages to prepare for and cope with life’s challenges and opportunities
- Providing energizing mental, emotional and spiritual experiences using conventional and innovative curriculum activities in the building and in field settings
- Integrating with Pre-K through High School and Higher Educational activities
- Goals and activities are neither offered in a sectarian nor ideological method
- Persons of all ages will be equipped as change agents with respect to the broad range of social issues negatively impacting their lives and the lives of other persons
- Harambee seeks the development and growth in persons in a non-sectarian manner; and daring Love-in-action
